Find your download
Marketplace: Open the setup notecard delivered with your purchase and use its download link. Enter the Marketplace order or transaction number when prompted; no Cache Compass license key is required.
Website / USD: Use the download button on your purchase confirmation page, or enter your full license key beginning with CC- below. If you no longer have the full key, use License Recovery with the same verified email used for purchase.
In-world vendor: Enter the full CC- license key delivered after payment below. The Mainstore License Lookup kiosk can confirm the license record attached to your avatar if you need support recovering the original key.
Activation: Open Firestorm with an avatar registered to your license, then launch Cache Compass. The app checks your license automatically. Download access and app activation are separate steps.

Before your first cleanup
Allow Firestorm to complete the moves.
If Firestorm shows a confirmation popup when Cache Compass moves or trashes items, check “Do not notify me again” and confirm the action.
If that confirmation remains enabled, Firestorm can block the move while Cache Compass continues processing, making it look like items were moved when they were not.
Windows installation note
Current release is unsigned.
Windows may display an Unknown Publisher or SmartScreen warning during installation. This is expected for the current release.
